INSANITY LIVE is extreme cardio conditioning for every fitness level. This workout is to build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance and develop precision and speed without lifting a single weight.

MMA FIGHT (ft. Core de Force Live)











This MMA inspired total body workout uses core conditioning combinations, body weight moves and cardio spikes to harness the power of your CORE and have you feeling like a total badass.

HITT


BUTI YOGA



HIIT is a high  intensity workout that combines cardio moves, with core, leg  and arm strengthening. Using a variety of Tabata, cardio & strength challenges to get your heart rate up while you build muscle.
This class is a total body workout including all muscle groups. The pace of the exercises will vary.
HITT incorporates free weights, kettlebells, stability balls, and more. Expect to be pushed while having fun! Strengthen, tone, build muscle and torch calories!


An invigorating blend of power yoga, plyometrics, tribal dance and deep core engagement all set to fun high energy music. Buti Yoga is set to transform you from the inside out.

-Cancellation Policy-

Studio M Fitness's cancellation policy has been implemented to ensure that everyone is given the opportunity to participate in our classes. 
If a client is unable to attend a class, they must cancel SIX hours before the class time to prevent an account charge. 
Cancellations must be made through the Mind/Body App.
Any cancellation made after the 6 hour window will result in a charge to your account. Those with unlimited passes will be given an invoice for the full charge of the class.
